During his time at Fullerton College, Daniel wrote for The Hornet and served as the student publication’s sports editor. Originally from Anaheim, Calif., Daniel transferred to SDSU in the fall of 2018 after earning his associate’s degree in journalism at Fullerton College. While he was an Aztec, Daniel completed a sports internship with NBC San Diego during the fall of 2019 semester and was a San Diego Convention Center communications intern during the summer of 2019.ĭaniel is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists and served as the SDSU student chapter’s public relations officer during the spring of 2020 and chapter president in the fall of 2020 prior to graduating.
